We'll email you at 80%, 100% and 150% of your limit. Limits are soft: reports are never blocked. Upgrade anytime, or wait until your limit resets next month.
Which plans include AI features?
Team ($59/mo) and Business ($99/mo) include all 10 AI features: triaging, smart summaries, categorization, duplicate detection (beta), sentiment analysis, screenshot OCR, issue enrichment, effort estimation, privacy redaction, and auto-translation (beta).
Do you charge per user?
No. Add unlimited team members to any plan. Pricing is based on issue volume and features, not seats.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade anytime to instantly increase your limits (prorated for the current billing cycle). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period—you keep full access until then.
