Please read these terms carefully before using IssueCapture

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IssueCapture, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Service License
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use IssueCapture for your internal business purposes. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. You may not: modify, copy, or create derivative works of the service; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; sublicense, resell, or redistribute the service; remove any proprietary notices or labels; or use the service to build a competing product.
Service Terms
IssueCapture provides a bug reporting and feedback collection service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Limitations
In no event shall IssueCapture or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use IssueCapture, even if IssueCapture or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Subscription & Payment Terms
IssueCapture operates on a monthly subscription model. Plans include a set number of issues per month with features varying by tier. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no issues have been submitted. Every account includes a free plan with 10 issues per month to test the integration. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
Privacy & Security
Your use of IssueCapture is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Subscription Plans
Free Plan: Every account includes a free plan with 10 issues per month. Unused free issues do not roll over to the next month. We may adjust the free plan limits for accounts flagged by our abuse prevention system.
Paid Plans: Monthly subscriptions range from $29/month (Starter) to $99/month (Business), with custom Enterprise pricing available. Plans include varying issue limits and features. See our pricing page for current details.
Issue Limits: Each plan includes a monthly issue allowance. If you approach your limit, we'll notify you via email with upgrade options. Unused issues do not roll over to the next billing period.
Failed Submissions: If an issue fails to create in Jira due to technical errors, API failures, or validation issues, it does not count against your monthly limit.
Team Usage: Your plan's issue limit is shared across your entire team. There is no per-seat pricing - add unlimited team members to any plan.
Abuse Prevention: We employ automated fraud detection to prevent abuse of the free plan through multiple account creation. Accounts determined to be fraudulent may be suspended without notice.
Additional Terms
Intellectual Property
- All content on IssueCapture is our property or licensed to us
- You retain ownership of content you submit through the service
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
- You may not use our trademarks without written permission
Prohibited Uses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Abuse free plan through multiple account creation
Account Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases
- Remaining subscription time is forfeited upon voluntary account closure
- All provisions which should survive termination shall survive
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
